These terms apply to your use of the Yearly app and website, operated by Neelz Media FZE, a company incorporated in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By using Yearly you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a code we send by WhatsApp. Keep access to your phone and WhatsApp secure.
• Use your real name and your own birthday, and keep them up to date.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Yearly.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).

Using Yearly

Yearly is free for personal use. When you use it, please don't:

• send spam, harass anyone, or send content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual or violent;
• pretend to be someone else or use someone else's phone number;
• try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or scrape or reverse-engineer it.

You can report a message or a person, and block anyone, from your chat with them or from their profile. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content, or close accounts, that break these rules. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Your content

You own the messages, photos and other content you send. You give us permission to store and deliver it to the people you send it to, only so we can run Yearly. You're responsible for what you send.

Contacts and other services

When you allow contact access, Yearly checks the phone numbers in your contacts to find friends on Yearly, as described in our privacy policy. “Wish on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own terms.

Reminders

We work hard to make sure reminders and notifications arrive on time, but we can't guarantee it. They depend on your phone's settings, your connection, and services outside our control. Yearly is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for missed reminders or for indirect losses.

Changes

We may update Yearly and these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using Yearly after a change, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
